Are you sure you want a cat the size of a badminton court?

You’d be surprised just how good two widely spaced props are in tight quarters etc docking. My wife’s joke: ‘two props make ‘ee look good.’ (She is helm.)

that said, I quite like my 12x6 metre size. The new cats get wider and wider, and not just in overall beam.

As to her make, I google ‘Switch 51.’

Vancouver BC.
A VPLP design bearing the home port of La Rochelle and expertly crewed. Michael Green's The Art of Coarse Sailing, this ain't. NB, a badminton court is 44'x20' so this is a bit bigger. Dylan Winter's videos are always so amazingly peaceful.

20 x 44 ft is small beer in today's charter cat world.

Lots of mid 50s nowadays.

Some 60s too.

Generally not pretty. The Outremer 64 is an exception and I know of at least one that is sailed single handed by a liveaboard.

She's flying the red ensign with her home port as la Rochelle!
There we are again, you are trusting the written word too far.  Just books, books and papers, no experience. Tsss.

Suggest you start to sail, get some experience. You have probably heard of emipirical knowledge, now try to get some.

me angry? Never.

Pano has taken to comment in a special way, he just gets back.  So, no not uncalled, quite the opposite.

myself  I don't like or dislike Pano, never met him.

If you weren't so dismissive of books, you would probably know that the hundred years wars ended quite a few years ago and that Gascony left the English sphere of influence as a result.

I know that they probably just couldn't be bothered to repaint their home port but that is still funny, it is a bit like if they were claiming back this bit of territory.

As for empirical knowledge... life isn't black and white, you can love books and sailing by feel.
