The last three bars for 20, 21 and 22 April show deaths of 42, 40, 31 respectively.

The World–o–meter shows deaths over those dates of 40, 185 and 172. Each weekend there is a huge drop in reported deaths, only to leap back up during the week. The figures probably should be graphed weekly to remove the misleading spikes. In the graph below (captured on 27 April 2020), the last date is 25 April  (Saturday), where the number of deaths continues to increase from the previous Saturday. 



Here are the weekly numbers (linear weekly total, logarithmic cumulative total) based on data in the above graph:



A simplistic analysis is that the curve is starting to flatten, good news if it's sustained but we'll have to wait and see.

Apparently , in the US and UK (and other countries) you can officially die of "suspected Covid-19" and be included in the statistics.

3. underlying cause of death goes on the bottom line; so that what you have is a logical sequence, where each condition leads to the one above it.
   
4. Then there's another box, below that, for "other significant conditions contributing to death" that are not part of the sequence listed above.
