Prepare talking points about Biden doing A or not doing A. Once you see what he does, release bullshit flood about how A was the worst thing ever or not doing A was the worst thing ever.

Agree, this is ridiculous. The Republican game plan is basically 1- cut taxes for the wealthy and 2- fuck any/everything up and blame Democrats.
This morning's news cycle is comically apparent that the Republican spew machine has taken over mainstream media. "Equal time" is a Democrat -or- a defense official talking calmly about the facts of the case, where the balloon went, risks of having it crash on somebody's house (a 7 miles debris field), what intel it might have gathered, for 30~40 seconds and then cut to 5 full minutes of several Republicans or RWNJ media figures screeching "Biden is weak! Biden caved to China! etc etc"
And looking at probable election results, it's working.

In all fairness, the POTUS who famously never read his daily briefings does have a plausible deniability. He was likely as unaware of the balloons as the rest of us.

I still suspect the US or Canada already stumbled across one that failed, and have a pretty idea what‘s in a payload that hasn’t been hit by a missile. Chinese made equipment isn’t known to be more reliable then US military equipment, just cheaper.
