It's clearly Barcelona, I have checked out vids of all that scenery and recognize a bunch of it.
Am curious especially about the AM base, from the map I am remembering they looked a little space constrained.
The mayor of Barcelona Adau (?) got voted out on Sunday but I doubt it will change much AC-wise, she was a leftist who was not particularly inclined to sign onto the deal but got defeated by a rightist.
