Cases where gender affirmation or puberty blockers have negative outcomes should be treated no differently than other such cases from other procedures and therapies.

Outcome studies will reveal likely side effects and disasters and their probability of occurrence. Improved testing guidelines and algorithms will be generated and procedures will be subject to ongoing surveillance.

Acceptance to programs now require considerably more than “sign this form”, in order to prevent law suits as well as to give parents and patient’s confidence they are making a good decision.

A good step before criticizing people’s freedoms is to first learn about the process. But I'm confident neither @Dog 2.0 nor Vicki have done so. They’re just here to pontificate on how superior they are to heathens and the mentally ill.

How does a medical professional determine if a prepubescent patient is a appropriate candidate for such a radical irreversible path ?
Impossible for me to understand that certainty and then to set that patient on a lifetime of chemical dependency
