Can anyone suggest what paint is on the bottom of this J22? It's been out of the water just the winter, and looks like an ablative paint like Micron, but it's an odd color. Any thoughts?

I'm thinking that's about all it could be, unless there is some whitish eco paint that I don't know about.

yeah, i can tell from micro-molecular structure that it's.....

you know, it's kind of hard to tell from a picture...

i have Interlux VC Performance epoxy that will get brownish from being in the water... get some Bon Ami or Bar Keepers Friend and give an area a quick scrub to see if it cleans up

I generally agree about the picture being limited info - but it's not any easier in person. It's an odd color and I thought it might look familiar to someone. Looks kind of coppery in other light conditions. Texture looks like micron after a power wash. Good thought on a quick scrub.

Try oxalic acid, Mary Kay On-Off or the Starbrite clone

I use a white ePaint EP2000 on mine. It is still white. It dries pretty hard and feels smooth/hard when the boat is on the trailer. In the water it is smooth hard as well. It reacts with sunlight. Areas more exposed to sunlight can shed off little thin flakes if it hasn’t been brushed in a while. It can be sanded.

Clues to help identify it maybe.

White is more reactive than darker colors.
