LeoV even Reuters are saying close to 5T ECB debt to be unwound. You then have to add in Frances 3T and the other 25 countries debt.

At some stage all this and the UK’s debt has to be unwound or are we simply living in an age where bond markets are just made up funny money Ponzi schemes.

Ever thought LeoV that you are the one that needs to smarten up, our stupid chancellors of the time in the financial crash 07/ 08 jumped on the Japanese version of QE. to save their banks from going bust through largely investing in poor American deals.

It’s just the EU went OTT as usual and cannot understand or as in your case, want to understand, that having two layers of QE ( country and ECB ) you are just creating a double whammy of debt.

Now I know you want to ignore the fact, but the Netherlands is one of the few EU countries remotely in the black. You will have to bail out the other 23 profligate countries as the financial markets cannot devalue their currencies to truly represent their economies as and when the EU unwinds that debt.

You may brag in the short term how incompetent our negotiators were ( and they were ) but we are out of the EU now and in the long term the well run countries such as yours are going to have to bare a large amount of financial pain without the UK’s coffers being raided.

Of course business travel is down. Covid driven work from home means many people don't even go to their own office never mind abroad.

What’s flawed, the ECB is fully loaded with debt, everyone of the 26 countries also has its own debt, that to me is a double whammy waiting to bite the Netherlands fully in the arse.

I used to work closely with Guy at Goldman. He set up his own investment fund and then tried to sue when his decision to buy into the music business was a total failure. He lost of course. He's been living as a tax exile in Jersey.

I wouldn't put a lot of store into his analysis of Brexit.

He is most definitely not a billionaire
