C&C 115 Nereid San Diego

yeah, it's in pretty decent shape with i believe some decent sails. boat hasn't been used in quite a while...

I race on the owners J-125.  It appears to be well rigged and I am sure it is in good condition.  Sorry don't have much more then that.

Boat was (Edit) maintained to race and cruise, with a decent suit of sails.  I think well worth the time to take a look.

Thanks for the comments.  I thought there might have been more to the story.  Seems like a decent racer/cruiser for the price.

Be dilgent in your inspection. The one I raced on was poorly built to the point that with enough backstay on for proper sail shape, the boat flexed so much that the geometry of the steering gear changed and the cable would jump off the idlers. Exciting in sporty conditions. There was enough flex aft to move the rudder bearings out of alignment freezing the helm. We blew up gear in modest conditions. 

I wanted to like the boat. It could be fast. But, I didn't trust it.
