Car suggestions?

Heard good things about the escape hybrid, idk anything about the vehicle personally. Might check out last years model F150 out, my buddy has one and he gets 26-28 highway, 18-22 city/towing. Ecoboost V6 impressed me when I took it for a spin

It's time for a new car. I am almost willing to buy a 2010 Infiniti G367x... AWD is a must, and I want it to be fun to drive.
Since a 2010 Rising Sun Cadillac was on the list, I am assuming that used is okay.Subaru WRX

Slightly wider track over earlier cars for better handling, 265 hp, better front fascia styling than the 2012.
Great minds! In spite of the 80s Subaru that I hated, I am now looking at a 2010 STI.
Your thinking is now validated so pull the trigger. thread closed.

Where the hell do you guys live that all wheel drive is a must!?

I live in Minnesota, I put my truck in four wheel drive just to exercise it more than anything.

In my case, Southern Maryland where we get no snow or 5 feet of snow depending on the winter. Large county with a small population and limited snow removal equipment. I'm at the end of a county road that is not a high priority for the plows. I have a 600 foot gravel drive that doesn't shovel or plow well.

AWD isn't a must have but it is convenient.

Southern theory of snow removal--god put it there, god can take it away

Pretty much. We put plows on the garbage trucks and contract with private guys (F-350s are good for something) . Takes a while to get to all the roads.

The Ford Escapes are honestly quite overlooked. The newer models are AWD and the 3.0 V6 is a great engine. Capable of towing boats and hauling boat or camping stuff and is good on gas. I have an '02 4WD Escape with the V6 and I absolutely love it. The 2013 new models are AWD and are now using Fords EcoBoost technology in their 4 bangers. I think its worth looking into at least.
