I've used Rick Lenschow in the past was happy with his survey.  On my last boat I used Stateline Marine Surveyors (James Seith), I don't feel he is the right guy when it comes to sailboats.  Lots of things missed in his report, at least I knew the issues prior.  Boat was left open, and shore power cord left hanging from the boat.  Not impressed!
