Not sure but it doesn't take much on the island. We had a guy on our boat last year that was arrested for simply, "borrowing" a bike. (sure he was shit faced and underage... but come-on, have a sense of humour).

I'm sitting on the deck of the Pony watching some of them come in. A well deserved drink for these poor bastards! (well, since I had my five vodkas already...)
Had dinner with Natalie J - so stoked to get the trifecta (first in class, Chi-mac and PH-mac and first overall, supermac) on Phil's birthday! Happy one, doc. And to you too sharon - I know you're checking this out.
