I hope to get some help finding a skilled composite person in Rhode Island.

BLUR is now at NEB, Portsmouth, Rhode Island. I'm going there next week.

My transport guy managed to pull the Carbonautica wheel from its hub  , and I need help gluing in my new hub (I also got the proper glue from the manufacturer). Someone careful and meticulous (seems to be a rare trait):ROFLMAO:

That does not seem to need much of an expert if the original bond failed that cleanly. I mean I could fuck that on with some Gorilla Glue in 10 minutes.
I’m with Zonk, but I would go with G/Flex 655.

But Moore Bros will definitely take care of you.

Better be sure rim and hub rotate in the same plane
should use a fixture to align
as it was, looks like wheel was very close to aft face of pedestal by wear marks

Is that a non-original hub?

Moore Brothers turned me down - didn't want to do repair work.
Al Fresco Composites were happy to help - should have it back Thursday.
Some nice projects going on in both shops.

Oh. With a proper puller (below), I managed to get the hub off in an hour. A bit smarter than spending two days with a torch and a sledgehammer :ROFLMAO:

@emmylou the marks are not wear marks, but signs that someone used brute force to try to get the wheel off. As @Hitchhiker noted; "If you think the professionals are expensive..."
