Meade is the BEST! That photo and a great little write up was posted to the EV Challenge 2017 thread when he finished. There is really no one like him in spirit, personality, basically broke the mold with Meade. We are so fortunate here in the Great Lakes State to have people like Meade and Jan (RIP), and the rest of the Gougeon legacy. Meade continues to be the standard of how people should act and be in this life. A true league of his own, and living legend.

I first met Mead in 1969 at the North American Multihull Championships. His tri (Victor T at 6:26 in the video) was state of the art then and his little tri obviously still is.
