Your problem is that you are a dick. When you made the mistake about the graph, I simply asked you what you think the graph was showing. Instead of learning and understanding your mistake, you just acted like a bigger dick than you already were.

Part of the problem here is that Scientists generally speaking, deal with data, experiments and conclusions, but politicians are going to tell you that THEY KNOW THE ANSWER.
I remember a scene in the movie, "Avatar" where Sigourney Weavers character, playing the anthropologist and biologist, talks to the business director of the station. Her phrasing goes like this...
"If what we think we know is true, then......."
That's something a scientist would say when they have forty tons of raw data, have done a complete analysis and are 99.8% sure their conclusions are right. But you see, 99.8% isn't 100% and so, being a scientist, Sigourneys character doesn't state what she knows damn well is true, as absolute, cast in concrete fact.
But any politician will tell you whatever the hell you want to hear, and frame it as absolute fact. So lots of people want to hear THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH and looks to Scientists to provide THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH EVERY TIME.
That's not how science works. Science works in the real world, not the mental world of fucked up voter brains. Stupid people want absolute facts...want utter security, the answer to everything and science as it progresses simply doesn't do that.
You can see that in the responses to COVID. "FAUCI LIED!!!" scream the morons. FAUCI WAS WRONG!! they scream as spittle sprays over everything within ten feet. No, he didn't lie, you fucking dumbass. He made the best decisions he could, he made the best recommendations he could as the process of the pandemic continued and data poured in. That's not LYING.
Science is a stepwise process, with tests and data and conclusions and statistics and probability and so on. A whole lotta "Just Folks" can't understand that. So when some asshat who may not know one fuckwad about what he's talking about, states that "Climate Change is a Hoax" as if it's an absolute fact, they line up and swallow it, hook line and sinker. That goes double if the next step beyond admitting the truth is a direct path to doing shit about it that they don't want to do.
....Like give up their Ford F-250 pickup.
It'll never be a FACT...and absolutely certain fucking FACT until it's already happened. Just like your doctor could be wrong. The five specialists you went to could be wrong. You MIGHT not have cancer...it's remotely possible even though your entire family died from it, the MRI's show a tumor the size of a grapefruit, the pathtologist who looked at your biopsy says "metastatic cancer", and you're on deaths door. There's that one in a billion chance. After all, the guy down the street told you about this guy that his sister-in-law knew who didn't die when all the doctors said he had cancer.
To wager the future of civilization on that one in a million chance that the scientists are wrong because human causes of Climate Change are not UNDISPUTED, UTTER FACTS......
