If you really do live in Michigan I would suggest that Corsair dealer in the Northeast (seem to remember in New England) but I have no personal experience with them. I do know Don at Windcraft and Steve Marsh at Finish line but only because I live in Florida and both are close by. Since you will probably have stuff shipped in any case any of these three are viable options.

Steve and Don (FL) are good but so are Bob and Ira at Multihull Source in Mass and that is closest to you.

all the 31's were made before the current crew in Vietnam were around, make sure you take photos of the items so they have a chance plus there were many models of 31's
( best model Corsair ever IMHO)
