At 1:13pm Jan 6, 2021 Trump ended his speech saying: "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard." The Jan6 sham committee always plays that with the "..to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard" clipped off.

Just after 2pm windows were broken and the Capitol was sieged.

At 3:13pm Trump tweets: "I am asking for everyone at the U.S Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence. Remember, we are the party of law and order. Respect the law and our great men and women in blue. Thank you."

That is a 1 hour and 13 minute delay from the start of the break-in. I have no idea exactly when Trump first learned of the Capitol siege.

Trump's former acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney texts Meadows saying that Trump "needs to stop this, now," and offers to help, according to messages obtained by CNN.

2:38 p.m.

Trump tweets that the rioters should "stay peaceful," but doesn't tell them to leave the Capitol.

2:39 p.m.

Some of the first Capitol windows are smashed by Dominic Pezzola, an alleged Proud Boy who has been charged with seditious conspiracy. (He pleaded not guilty to charges related to the attack.) More pro-Trump rioters flood into the Capitol building after overrunning barricades, fighting past police officers, and climbing up the inauguration scaffolding.

Around 2:40 p.m.

A group of Oath Keepers -- a far-right extremist group -- weave through throngs of rioters in a military-style formation and enter the Capitol building. Several members of the group have been charged with seditious conspiracy.

He won’t consider the impact of Trump tweeting Pence didn’t have the necessary courage while rioters were assaulting cops protecting him.

He quibbles about how to start timing Trumps failures, and says rioters attacking the Capitol were “staying peaceful” as Trump requested.

He’s cool with treason and insurrection because Tucker told him it was justified. Meanwhile he ignores Kevin McCarthy, Mitch McConnell, staffers who quit that day plus Bill Barr who told America That Trump was a liar, was making false electoral claims and was factually and morally responsible for starting the riot.

Just listened to the latest video by Glenn Kirschner, a former prosecutor. He interviewed John Bonifaz who started "Free Speech For People" right after Citizens United was passed by SCOTUS. It turns out that Article 3 of the 14th Amendment prevents any person(s) who swore an oath to the Constitution but then participated in an insurrection or actions against the State or Country, is prohibited from ever again holding elected or appointed office for any State or the Fed. This means that Trump and every single one of his supporters in Congress and any State offices that supported him are legally prevented from ever holding such office(s) again. This article was originally intended to prevent Confederate office holders who fought against the Government, from ever holding office again. But it was also directed to the future, so applicable to this day.

But, it seems that nobody wants to enforce this; like when New York failed to take action against Trump when it was heavily recommended by the Prosecutors who investigated him.

Anyone who supported Trump and the insurrection should be immediately tossed out on their asses, and never allowed to run again......
