Aberdeen WA is one of the wettest areas in the state, and not far from the Olympic rainforsest, the wettest area in the united states. I would not want to be the first person to enter the interior. At least UV damage should be minimal.

Years ago my wife & I did a tour of the Wa. coast. We ended up in Aberdeen for the night and when we asked the hotel desk clerk for a good restaurant for dinner she said "you want a good restaurant? - this is Aberdeen".

I Google Mapped the address, 808 Polk St Aberdeen WA, and it is a grim neighborhood indeed. 808 seems to be a vacant lot, and therefore the most attractive.
