Maybe more for this guy, before they exhaust the legal system and cost the state a couple million in legal fees. Not to mention, inmates on death row are the most expensive to incarcerate SITE

Death is too easy. Waterboarding everyday for the rest of his/her natural life could not make up for his crime, but it would be a start. I understand he/she has some severe emotional issues, but they don't explain the crimes involved. Unfortunately, this person has no useful place in society. We can not afford to let him out of prison, and we can not afford to keep him in prison for the rest of his life.
