The way that reads, it could be in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit of FL, which includes Orange County, or in the County Court.
Both operate in the same courthouse, usually. I do next to no County cases, but they are all administered by the same Clerk of Court in each county. Jurisdiction between one or the other can be based on amount at issue, or statutory original jurisdiction in the circuit court.

Disney had the nuclear option written up, signed and put a stamp on it way back in the 70's. All they had to do is mail the damn thing. This has been in the works for decades me thinks. all they had to do is push the button... And Frankly.. It gets them out of the road and trash business.. Bonus...
Only thing better for Disney is if they can offload the bonds. Given the idiocy of the new "board" - that may also be in the cards.

Looks like the “new sheriff in town” was outmaneuvered by a mouse.It has just come to light that before they stepped down, members of the former Reedy Creek Improvement District board signed an agreement with the Walt Disney Co. that in essence made Disney the government. The agreement means that the new board, appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis, loses the majority of its ability to do anything beyond maintaining the roads and basic infrastructure without getting approval from Disney.
How is DeSantis going to negotiate and sign agreements with world leaders to benefit the U.S. when he can’t even seal the deal on an agreement within his own state to achieve the objectives he wanted?
Maybe DeSantis better just stick to banning children’s books. That is more his speed.
