I think it has something to do with a rich white kid might sign up for it by mistake and get their feelings hurt under the "Stop Woke Act", which is a real thing in Florida. Fake news had a syllabus for the proposed class and it included subjects such as "reparations" and other hurtful things.

It’s not the word reparations, it’s the theme are support of.

According to Destupid, it was the parts about African women's rights, sexuality, and Matrilineal society that were the biggest issues. Can't have societies run by women teached to our young'uns now, can we y'all? Who wants their children to know about lesbians in Africa?
