Maybe it was plain desperation to get this case settled before Cahn gave his verdict - could it be that the parties got "invitations" to New York for the 17th?

Cahn is letting Ernesto twist in the breeze and put out ridiculous press releases that make him look more like a total idiot.

If EB pulls this out somehow, it will be a greater stunt than Houdini could have ever pulled.
