I expect that there will be a significant demand for the full report.  I also suspect that the full report touches on sources and methods that the Intel community, as well as the FBI may not wish to have disclosed, as that disclosure may negatively impact their ability to effect future prosecutions of other parties.  

My projection is that a redacted summary will be made available, and that people everywhere are going to complain about every facet of it.

I think the appropriately cleared committees will, but, there are congress critters w/out high-level clearances or need to know, so I doubt that a full report will be made available to everyone in the house/senate outside committee.  I could be wrong, I'm just a guy with an opinion.

And I suspect, if correct, there will be a few Trump "non-suppporters" who will claim that absent a report, Trump didn’t do anything. I bet at least one of them will be a "non-suppporter" that explicitly rejected a report clearing Hillary. 

That said, it's Dowd. It wouldn't be smart for. "non-suppporters" to hang their hopes on that guy.

The government likes to keep secrets.  Sometimes it protects all of us.  Trump has not released what the government knows about the Kennedy assassination.  That gives me pause.

It started officially about a day after Trump swore the oath of office.  Seriously, it did, he registered then to run in 2020 so he could start taking money.  We have a truly screwed up system,

he needed the money to pay off the people who "quit" or were "fired" - thats not a joke, many of those close to him have gotten hired by the campaign to do... nothing. And he needed the money to pay off the debts of people like Brett Kavanaugh (possibly)

So you're suspecting a straight quid pro quo and not the Trump is a Russian puppet or is somehow compromised thing?

  Unless the deal is open and public there is no such thing as a straight quid pro quo with those ex-KGB guys. From that moment they had kompromat on them. They've done some under the table business with them. It's what they do. The one way out is to be completely open and honest about it, kompromat is only useful when it is a secret.   

 This is the kind of shit that is to be expected when we elect a reality Tee Vee host as POTUS. As Mueller said in his first indictment, "unwitting collusion". Should have been "witless". How much of it was Trump? He hired his campaign staff. A compromised POTUS is hardly a puppet though. It's an office with too much power. Putin had no need of it, all that is needed for narcissists is praise to own them anyway. I think that was one of the reasons Putin openly stated he ordered his guys to help Trump at Helsinki. And right next to Trump telling everyone that Putin had just strongly denied it in private with him. It was obvious to anyone with a grip of reality that the main thing keeping it going was the denial. Fess up, get it over with, and wait for the next squirrel to take care of the media.
