So a guy at work is looking for a boat to replace his beach cat. He is an experienced windsurfer and decent sailor and is looking for a 'fun boat'

I suggested the 29er, Vaguard Vector, Tasar... any other suggestions??

Whilst there are some light teams sailing B14s, don't think any are quite THAT light- realistically looking at about 300lb min.

Maybe a cheaper alternative would be a Laser II i know its not a skiff but its still Decently quick and if sailed at a club with handi cap racing it would be great...Maybe even a old Fireball..

Force 5? usually kicking around just about every where for fairly cheap...enough sail area to be interesting and can be single handed or double handed by two smaller people.

Laser 2 would be fun coming from a beach cat...at least they will have a trap to keep them entertained.
