Make sure to adjust the front fork to be stiffer after installing. I'd swap in a rigid fork if you have one around. A larger diameter rear disc would be ideal, but I'm guessing that's more than you want to get into.
My son picked his up yesterday. Prior to covid he rode his bike to work everyday. Now that he is going to a hybrid type work he will be going to the office more. And he has moved 4 times the distance to work. So he ordered this Fatte bike. Hasn’t really used it, just says it hauls ass compared to his pedal bikes.
Disc brakes, lights front and back, can handle 400 pounds of cargo. So him, his wife, dog and groceries if they could all pile on.
27mph no pedaling with the battery on back in a backpack.. IT WORKS!!!!!! It is a frigging dream down here in the dirt. Mods a coming, battery won't fit in the triangle, so need a rack for the back, Otherwise, good stuff.
