What are the implications? That table just tells me that the District is largely populated by whites/Asians. What do you see that says the world is ending? In Detroit, we have truant officers and parents have been arrested in isolated cases.

Why do red states largely demonstrate the lowest academic performance?

They've been doing it for so long, that they honestly think it's their job to fuck things up, complain, throw sand in the gears, and then turn around and blame Democrats while also demanding that Democrats fix it.

It all is based on the district average, what if the average is 80% absenteeism? Your table only tells us who exceeds that level. No real information at all.
