BITD, Rico (through Nurse Ratched) helped me deal with the cluster-fuck my Dad was dealing with at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, in NJ. What turned out to be medical malpractice was being covered by a team of docs who were throwing around medical jargon like beads at Mardi Gras. I took to recording them, being clear I was doing so, and the Nurse helped me separate the facts from fiction. Armed with this knowledge, I got shit straight and removed Dad from their "care".

After that, Rico changed. Became an angry fuck (more than previously), and set about burning every bridge he could find.

I take no glee is his plight (if true). But, don't shed any tears for people who choose to create enemies.

I never met Rick, but way back in the early days we talked a few times off line and had a good relationship. He even invited me sailing with him in Mexico.

Most of you know how that ended...

You most likely know me by my real name, which I used until a year or two ago. I hinknit shows up in the name history, of your curious PM. I won't use it in a thread here any more.


When I realized all the slime and lies from Booth, JT et al, and their mob was attached to my real name by web crawlers I changed it. It's not perfect, but searching my name is a lot cleaner now.
