Ah, you don't understand. You lost by 5 wickets, 5 wickets and 7 wickets. 3-0
Wipe your years. Because you are the only one who lives vicariously through "your team". I and most others here are happy with what we achieved ourselves
Yeah and England lost to a 14 man rag tag Wallaby squad.
Something to be proud about. An extra man on the field and still lost! lol

Absolutely true, England were crap.

Also totally irrelevant though because
1) I never claimed England were dominant in Sailing, rugby and Cricket, so its only you being proved wrong
2) Unlike you my sense of self-worth is not governed by the achievements of others. I know the closest you have come to winning anything was the kindergarten egg and spoon race, but little Jonny beat you and you are still bitter about it. But you should keep trying

Yet the fact remains, the most dominant team this century is Team NZ.
The most dominant team this century is the All Blacks.

My self worth also isn't governed by the achievements of others. But that isn't going to stop me from reveling in it, like any other sports fan. Sounds like Dalts is your "little Johnny" that you still haven't got over.
But then again, if you had ever been a national champion like I have, you'd know what success felt like, how hard it is to achieve and would respect it when you see it. But clearly you're just another dreamer watching from the bleachers, wishing you were as good as anyone on that Team NZ squad. I will keep trying, because thats what winners do. Losers like you give up and bitch about successful people like Dalts.
You're a sad, pathetic little man.

The fact remains that NZ have been humiliated in SalGp and Olympics sailing, so far from dominant
The fact remains that SA have won as many RWCs as ABs, and neither more than 40% this century, so no-one is dominant
The fact remains that NZ have not won the 20-20 WC or ODI WC this century, they did win the test WC, by luck but are already down in 4th place, so far from dominant

The fact remains that I have always said I respect Dalts. For that matter I respectall the NZ team - the ABs have historically the best in the world. Its just that you over-hype everything as part of some insecurity
The fact remains that I have competed at international level in sailing.
I am delighted for you that you were national champion (may I ask what in, tiddley-winks?) but you have been picked up several times by many people for referring to all teams that have even the remotest connection with NZ as "we"

So factually your post is a bit of a fail really. But then you have never been known for factual accuracy

BOOM,
Emirates Team New Zealand has signed a lease to move into the former INEOS TEAM UK Base at Wynyard Point.

I reported this months ago that it would happen.

Emirates Team New Zealand to Take Over New Wynyard Point Team Base

Emirates Team New Zealand confirmed today that the team has signed a lease of the former Ineos Britannia team base on Wynyard Point from Te Kaunihera o Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland Council) and intends to have moved in by the end of September this year.

Emirates Team New Zealand said it had always been the intention to move its central operations to a more permanent site in Auckland with greater certainty of length of tenure for the team and a suitable tenancy agreement based on commercial rental.

“We are really happy to now have a lease agreed with Auckland Council to relocate to the Ineos base on Wynyard Point, formally the location of the vast tank farm which was cleared thanks to the 36th America’s Cup.” said Emirates Team New Zealand COO Kevin Shoebridge.

“In planning for the 36th America’s Cup, the VEC building was offered to the team as a timely and pragmatic solution for both Auckland Council and Emirates Team New Zealand and a lease was signed at that time until the end of the 37th America’s Cup in 2024.

And while it was always an option under our agreement to remain at the VEC for this campaign, ultimately Emirates Team New Zealand has always been seeking a base for the team’s on and off water operations with a longer tenure than available at the VEC. So in negotiations with Auckland Council it was agreed between the parties that we would work together to find a longer term solution for the team. So we are happy we have taken a positive step towards that with a lease until 2028 on Wynyard Point.” .......................................

Then what the f**k is your problem!? You bitch and moan about Daltons decisions, and how shit they are, about what he's done and continues to do, , and then you say you respect Dalton and the team. That makes no sense! You talk out both sides of your mouth!
If you respect Dalton and Team NZ like you say you do, you would understand and therefor respect the decisions made and why. Thats how respect works! There is no respect if you're going to tell someone to their face that you respect them, and everything they've done, then as soon as their back is turned they're a cunt that doesn't know what they're doing and is making all the wrong decisions. You're playing both sides, which is why you make yourself sound like a hypocrite.

You really are simple minded. Respect is not the same as blind hero worship. People make mistakes. All people. Even people I respect. So if people I respect make what I think is a mistake, I will say so. To their face if I can.
If they make too many mistakes I might lose respect for them, but I don't expect people to be perfect.

The problem is, its just you who thinks its a mistake, and your reasoning behind that thinking is either flawed, blatantly false, inconsistent and baseless. Your reasoning is "I just don't like it" that doesn't make it a mistake.
The fact that you don't like it doesn't make it a mistake, it just makes you bitter and wrong.
Its not a mistake if there is logic behind that decision, if there is sound judgement and reasoning for that decision. If those decisions are made based on factual information.
All of the decisions Dalts has made are based on sound logic, sound judgement based on his experience, which is far more than any experience you have, as well as input from his team, the CoR, and the Squadron, based on real world scenario's.
Just because you think its a mistake, doesn't make it a mistake. Its makes you wrong.
So the only one making a mistake here, is you.
