one would think they have enough room for B1 and B2 inside considering they are the only team allowed to test the 2 boats at once. going to assume while B2 is off site being build they have plenty of room for Te Kahu to sit beside B1One would think they have plenty of room for B1 & mule in that building, they could surely take it inside & unwrap/otherwise prepare, maybe make some mods.
Or are they busy with other stuff in there?h34r:
Didn't see much interesting going on today. End of training and heading back to base:Hope you've got your super-telephoto on them!
It is an issue. The drag goes up quite quickly as the foil approaches the surface. The advantage of very good control is large.Tip of the foil is breaking the surface quite often, but no real issue...

This technology will be very cool, safe, cheap, and therefore popular when fully automated.
First thing I noticed as well. We have not seen footage like that of any of the boats yet. Very interestingTip of the foil is breaking the surface quite often, but no real issue...
Yet when you look at the IMOCA boats they have more than just the tip out of the water constantly. That not just one boat, that's all of the new boats with the Dali foils. Go figureFirst thing I noticed as well. We have not seen footage like that of any of the boats yet. Very interesting
Edit: end for the shot Mike!!!
Not a ballasted foil on the Imoca for starters.Yet when you look at the IMOCA boats they have more than just the tip out of the water constantly. That not just one boat, that's all of the new boats with the Dali foils. Go figure
