Seems it's going to be hard to switch sides. Wouldn't it be funny if it turned out that Nathan Outteridge has been secretly on the team roster all along as a second helmsman?

Well that's some evolution of B1. Looks like a completely different beast than the first boat.
So really only LR was happy with their B1 it seems. Maybe foolishly happy.

If it's fast will Ineos mod and race B1? They are within reach with 25% mods maybe.

Half of this fleet does nothing to endear the class on aesthetic grounds. Some real pigs about.

Either that, or holes are for grinders only

Of course, this is just personal opinion, but B2 got hit with a big fugly stick....

Who would have thought that ETNZ would have used more of the styling cues from UK B1 for their second boat than UK did.  It is obviously that the design space has not been optimized when you have teams jumping around so much in designs.

The new pics don't really help on the aesthetic dept, but I guess it's more about how the wind and water view the hull than how we do.

It looks like 4 different designs depending on where your eyes are.

I was convinced we were going to see a thinner version of B1 or, something like Amwagic, wow.

What if there is no wheel and they're doing Xbox controllers for everything.  Cut down on a bunch of linkages...

That is one wide square arse.

It's like a cut and shut between INEOS B1 and B2

The question is , do INEOS have a large enough paper bag? Because they'll need it whilst fucking this thing!

Getting beyond the aesthetics, what does this hull shape do? Seems like there's a huge aero component to the underside, but how will this boat handle when stopped or accelerating to foiling? Seems like you'd get a bit amount of heel early... what does that do for getting fast?
