OK, BP here....

With so many experts out there I thought I would open a forum for you to ask me directly.

I am the Farr X2.....

Ask me and I ll do my best to respond....!

For eg

Why build in Batam?

Quality control?

Short handed sailing and the Farr X2?

Instead of all the world's experts offering opinions why don't you ask me directly....

Looks pretty sexy to me. How much to get one on the water in racing trim (decent sails / instruments / pilot) in the UK fully VAT / Brexit tax paid? What's the lead time?

What does it rate under IRC with water ballast?

Does the "fun factor" compensate for what is likely to be quite a high IRC number versus the SF3300 /  small JPKs / Dehler 30OD? If not that, what's the differentiator in a pretty crowded market (at least here in Europe)?

Are they all being built pretty similarly or more custom?

In short, the first boat will be in the UK in under 2 months.

This boat is performance based and will have an impact on the go slow mindset of "racing yachts".

The market is booming globally and we don't see it slowing for a long time.

Hull #2 to San Fran leaving Mid April.

Hull #4 will be based in Canada but will be campaigned hard on the East Coast and Carribean.

I am selling direct and managing the project in the US myself.

We have tooled from Hull #1.

All boats will be identical.

Hull #9 is the next available Farr X2 Oct/Nov 2022.
