Omne quod audimus est opinio, non res. Omnia videm
It doesn't have to be the FBI. It can be the federal fisheries investigators. Basically any federal agent.A point of order..... I don't think Lying to the FBI is considered "Fraud". Maybe it is. But I think Lying to the FBI is a crime all on it's own. Haven't some prominent folks gone to jail recently for specifically lying to the FBI?
You left out her emails.Feds think some docs are missing- check
Ask for them back - check (some come back)
Feds find out some docs still missing - check
Send out a subpoena - check (more come back)
Feds ask "Is that all" - Trump's representative says "Yep"
Whistleblower lets the Feds know "they lied to you"
Feds, with supporting affidavit, finally get a warrant to secure the docs
Sound about right?
See.... when one group of people decide to have a hearing to investigate an absolutely HEINOUS event in American history.... and the other side of the aisle decides to hide their heads in the sand, and not participate, you DO get a fairly one sided hearing.
But you attempting to discount it, just because the Republicans were so embarrassed that they didn't show up? Yeah. Not a good look for you dog.
Remember when the Republicans put names forward for their best to be on the committee, the very same people that appear central to the insurrection gaining traction, that’s why there aren’t many R’s on the committee just saying. The Republicans most definitely showed up…as witnesses.
I was led to believe submitting as false statement in writing to LE can be prosecuted as fraud.A point of order..... I don't think Lying to the FBI is considered "Fraud". Maybe it is. But I think Lying to the FBI is a crime all on it's own. Haven't some prominent folks gone to jail recently for specifically lying to the FBI?
They'd love nothing more than to dismantle an agency that investigates crimes regardless of party and replace it with that troop of goons who showed up at BLM protests with no way of identifying them.you goofy c-nts think the FBI should be eliminated the same way you think the people's vote and 'environmental' regulations should be. back to square-one; you're fkg goofy c-nts, you're liabilities.
I don't want Trump running again but you guys are making him a martyr. He just gained 10 points on DeSantis as a result of this raid.
Speculation too, but it's possible the classified info could have (maybe eventually) been held against domestic/US parties instead of foreign ones, as threats.I want to come back to the possibility that Trump brokered the documents to a foreign government. That raises the stakes by a factor of 1000+. Knowing that Trump cannot change a roll of toilet paper let alone broker a deal of that magnitude by himself, I'm wondering if the feds got a whiff of a possible sale and know, or are working out who his co-conspirator was and are looking for confirmation. This is a go to prison for life situation.
That law is unconstitutional because it impedes the first amendment rights of the Trump Crew. For lying to the FBI, Michael Flynn was charged with violating 18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2).
... whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully ... makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation ...
could their version of an equivalent be anything but agenda driven and ultimately tyrannical as fk? oh, never mind, they're the party of law and order (and family values). They'd love nothing more than to dismantle an agency that investigates crimes regardless of party and replace it with that troop of goons who showed up at BLM protests with no way of identifying them.
their 'principals' reside on a sliding scale.Yet, "Defund the Police" is heresy.
