Bullshit. The Rep. knew exactly what he was asking. He was asking about Trump. That's why he stopped and tried to ask it differently. He wanted to know if Mr. Mueller believed the defeated ex-President committed a crime. Mr. Mueller answered in the affirmative, and even detailed it is up to Congress to pursue charges.
Mr. Mueller did not say they could not charge. He said they would not. Word choice is important. He even said why he would not -
"Based on Justice Department policy and principles of fairness, we decided we would not make a determination as to whether the President committed a crime. That was our decision then and it remains our decision today."

Again, if a lot of folks - even maintenance crew - had easy access to all these areas, well maybe that helps to explain why there were 35 (!) folders marked Classified but were... empty??

Again, it's been 15yrs for me. Anything leaving a SCIF is double wrapped, the person holding it must have courier papers, and when it reaches the destination SCIF, they sign for it and return receipts to where it came from. None of that shit happened in this case because he''s the fucking President. He probably had Jr get him a burner phone so he could talk with MBS clandestinely. Donald, if you had only paid attention during those morning briefings you would have known our nation's capabilities.
I'd be surprised if the August raid was not prompted by us getting wind of documents being sold/transferred to another country. We'll never hear about that. If true, this makes Ethel, Julius, Aldrich et. al look like Boy Scouts. We're going to need people to cut down on their AC use so old Sparky can deliver the fatal blow.
My hopeful fantasy is that counter-intel bribed one or more of the cleaning crew to steal docs from MAL, to be there and in on it before the FSB or anyone else. They had 18 months to consider it, it seems (remotely) possible.

Well now you fuckwits have had enough time to suck each others cocks about what the FBI got, we have an itemized list of what the Federal Intimidation Bureau took from DJTs pad. I took a moment to do some brief analysis of the items...
Broken down into the categories listed in the exhibit, we have in the classified documents. Confidential, Secret and Top Secret. In the not classified category we had Not Characterized Government Documents and Other stuff like newspaper articles, books, cloths for fuck sake, empty folders and pictures.
The Intimidation Bureau took a total of 11,303 items.
33 were classified as confidential
53 were classified as Secret
18 were classified as Top Secret
So a total 104 classified documents amongst 11,199 non classified docs and other stuff. All classified documents were in various locations mixed in with non-classified documents. This could easily be miss placed items given 0.001% were classified. I'd challenge anyone that your file cabinet is not 99.999% organized...
If this all you have, this is pretty weak and shows how petty you are. Compare Mr Trump to say Sandy Burger who stole (literally in his pants) documents from the archives which were 100% classified. I think Sandy got off with a fine and admitted no guilt. I'm assuming you guys are all fine with that outcome so a precedent has been set by Me Berger's case... I think Mr Trump deserves no worse...

A NYT article reported some time back that one or more GSA officials who had a list asked for specific docs, as they were being carted out of the WH. They were told basically to f off. Why?

I wouldn't put much on that. It's normal for classified files to be delivered in blank folders just marked "classified". The precaution is the cover sheets indicating deep classification might tempt people to grab them. It's easy to imagine a whole lot of folders like that laying around in a POTUS's office.
I suspect, since Trump didn't expect to have to leave the place until very near Jan 20, the pack-up job was a rush. "Take everything!" is a very Trumpian thing to say. I noticed the box in the now famous photo of docs on a very ugly rug contained framed wall photos. There was no organization to speak of, by the look of it.
