No idea but the oral argument at the 11th Circuit to appeal the whackadoodle judge’s stay is next week. The briefing and argument have been on a yugely fast track. I expect a quick decision after the OA.

Let's hope that Cannon has learned from the Supremes who couldn't be bothered to give a reason for throwing his latest drivel out. Cannon fucked up a while back and was broadly tarred and feathered by legal experts. I'm not that concerned.

I don't think she's smart enough to stay out of this. Leonard Leo will be breathing down her neck to throw the case out entirely. I hope she does something stupid enough to get impeached.
