I have always had a problem with Trump referred to as "president", even when he occupied the office.

I never liked it, but he -was- the fucking President. I'm of that old-fashioned mindset that believes the office deserves respect even if the current holder of that office is a grifting orange shit-gibbon.
I tried at first, but Trump just pushed it too far, with the total support of his administration. No one occupying the Whitehouse at that point deserved any respect, in my opinion. They themselves didn't respect the office at all.

I struggled with it. While folks were sinking to his level, creating middle-school playground level insults, I did my level best to stick with "President...." Since he left office, I have done my best to not use his name, sticking with "the defeated ex-President".

Yep, agree. How can you get a clearer case than this one? Possession of classified documents, lying about it, concealment, failure to comply with subpoenas, it just goes on.
And he still hasn't been charged. WTF? He should be in jail applying for bail. Which should be denied as he's a clear flight risk.

I guess the "thinking" is the DOJ and Garland have to build an absolute air tight case before they indict the dickhead. I say that's complete bullshit. If a cop finds me holding a pound of coke does he wait a couple of years to build a case and then have the DA indict me if maybe he's in the mood? Fuck no. They throw my ass in jail and then go toss my house and business for as much evidence as they can find. They add charges as they find more evidence as they dig though every single aspect of my life and criminal activities.
Arrest his ass, and while he is sitting in jail or out on bail you can build your perfect air tight case. His lawyers are going to make the same ridiculous executive privilege/declassified/possession arguments no matter what. I say let them make those arguments to a jury after a judge decides if they are admissible. Want people to flip on TFG? Just point to his jail cell and say, "If you don't want to join him, you better start talking asshole."
I can't believe that fucker is still walking around free. The only thing we should be debating is whether to give him a life sentence or the death penalty. Fuck Orange Justice.
