His lawyers are going to make the same ridiculous executive privilege/declassified/possession arguments no matter what. I say let them make those arguments to a jury after a judge decides if they are admissible. Want people to flip on TFG? Just point to his jail cell and say, "If you don't want to join him, you better start talking asshole."

I can't believe that fucker is still walking around free. The only thing we should be debating is whether to give him a life sentence or the death penalty. Fuck Orange Justice.

I think we should hold our elected officials to a higher standard, not a lower one. An official that abuses and betrays the public trust should be given harsher penalties than a private citizen engaged in similar activities since their actions are more far reaching. It always seems like DOJ wants to do ANYTHING else but deal with Trump. The thinking seems to be if they just delay long enough he will die, move to some other country, some state will do something, or he will otherwise vanish from the news cycle and they can just pretend none of this ever happened.
Or he'll be President again and abolish the DOJ if they are not nice to him now.
