I am submitting to the politics of despair. The prosecutors haven't gone past the footsoldiers and it's been over two years. At that rate, Giuliani won't be indicted until 2028, and they may get to Mark Meadows by 2040.

I don’t think the documents case is moving slowly, at least not the parts about which we know. We learned about the case last summer after a judicially authorized search. Trump announced his run for office to try to gum up the works, but…

More to the point, could the Feds shove immunity down Corcoran's throat and force him to testify? Attorney-Client privilege is gone but the Fifth is still there. I don’t care about this underling and so I don’t care if he walks. I just want to know what he knows.
