He just can’t tell the truth…to anyone, even the lawyer(s) trying to keep his lying ass out of jail. He is the perfect leader for today’s GOP.

But an overnight appeal? There’s an imminent threat of some sort.

No idea, with everything sealed. For all we know, the urgency is due to a new threat, now that the Pride of the GOP calling his thugs into the street, or something to do with the Waco rally on Saturday. All we have is the docketing and the haste shown by the DC Circuit.

Biden is sitting President and above the law, as the Republicans have established. Even if he had attempted to hide the documents and lie about them, it ceased to be prosecutable when he became POTUS. I don’t like this, but its now precedent. Fortunately for the country, Biden did the right thing when the fuck up was discovered.
