Having been there (in smaller keel boats) seeing the angle of the rudder and the direction of the yacht’s wake, its a broach.  (Or a damn good imitation of same).

The rudder is not very hard over, which is a sign of a good driver. Let the boat round up at speed and, when the boat gets on it's feet, then have enough flow attached to start the turn back down.   On 40'ers, when we lost it in gusts, I'd turn the boat into the broach and then snap the boat back down hill as the first blast passed and the boat got vertical.

First timers were a bit frightened - especially at night - with all the flapping and flopping, but it was fast.
