We had a great weekend on PK, she definately went better than the skipper Looking fwd to seeing everyone next weekend (or Thurs night).

Um... my sources say 100 percent POP, with heavy rain and fog in the forecast. Yeah, a great day ... if you're a duck! I want what Soggy and the guys at Sailflow are smokin'! B)

It's our home regatta, so we've gotta at least make a showing. Besides, we're back-up rabbit at 192 if Ajax doesn't make it up from Falmouth (not likely they'll bag it but you never know).

Hi tide at 11:13 a.m., and a noon start for the rabbit. So by the time the big boats start, they'll have a nice push from the ebb out Broad sound. You'll catch us in no time!

hey, kind of an aside, but if anyone up here is looking for some keen sandals, marshalls in south portland has the 'antigua' model right now for 25 bucks... not an absolutely screaming deal, but good enough (15-20 bucks off) that i picked up a pair...

Not smoking a thing...yet. I was being very sarcastic. Sailflow actually calls for rain all day, max wind out of the NE @ 8:00 AM dropping to 3kts at noon and staying at 3kts or under for the rest of the day. I like being warm and wet...but usually not while sailing....

I'm thinking that a half gallon of Mount Gay is on the provision list for tomorrow.

Let's hear it for the girlie men....I think that they're the smart ones. But what the hell I like Kitty and PK will show our support for S. Freeport tomorrow.

Oh great, f***ing great. We got wind, as little as 3 knots, and strong ebbing tidal current in our teeth coming back in Broad Sound (assuming they send us out to the BS gong, which they usually do). Kitty, I hope the course setters are taking this all in! Why do I think local knowlege of current might be key in this race?
