I find the best thing if you can handle it is exercise, bring a water bottle and go for a jog. It is the worst thing but seems to get the body going,

Course there are some mornings where I just curl up in the fetal position and cry.

Snort some coke eat some mushrooms and bang a 6th grade teacher………..If you don’t feel better after that go sailing!!
A bit o vitamin B is worth a try too. All the above is available in Inverness but starting from the Muirtown Locks, could make to the pub by 9 am opening then hit the TSB Lloyds bank. Hit's 2 am gmt here.

The vitamin water and fresh air are great places to start. Don't bother going for a walk yet though - wait until you can get some sugars going first.

Once you're holding liquids down get a grapefruit. Peel it like an orange. Break the individual 'slices' apart and peel them too, you want to get to the fruit without any of the sour skin on. Eat. Go for a walk.

Today in class we had course evals. The TA had to leave the room for it. I was talking to this girl about how I was having the worst hangover of my life today. Later, after my TA came back to class, he stopped lecturing to ask me if I was doing alright. Apparently the look on my face was one of intense displeasure.

Everybody in the room, except for the TA, knew that I was completely hungover and puking all morning.

Really the gatorade worked great. Just had to drink it in sips. Anything more than an ounce at a time made me want to puke.

At least now I know what it must feel like to get seasick. (Never been.)

Glass of Milk

1 egg--shell and all

2 tablespoons honey

1 tblspn wheatgerm

1 of malt extract or golden circle syrup

Blend for 20 secs

Drink

2 minutes and you start to feel on top of the world.

The other one is Tabasco and Vegemite- like Strop of Paul Hogan fame but you don't want to go there unless you have a steel stomach.

Seriously, the best cure is to not get one in the first place. Moderate your alcohol intake w/lots of water, eat, and take ibuprofen before you go to bed.

Mornin' after - I like watermelon, oranges, grapefruit, honeydew or manoges, served ice-cold, as the start, followed by a either a spciy bloody-mary or a mimosa, then going to something starchy (fried potatoes, toast, etc).

Alarge Coke Slurrpy from 7-11. It has no carbonation in it, only suyrup. There are folks on this board that remeber mom giving you Coke suyrup when you were a kud to settle an upset tummy. Same shit, different day.
