Late in my hitch my ship went into the yards in Long Beach. It was frigging impossible to sleep on board with 24/7 work going on. So I slept in the van in the parking lot in a sleeping bag on the carpet. It was way better than the shop! Also illegal but I never got caught. 😎

I never seem to take pics of many of my cars, always going to get around to it but rarely seemed to. Better now with phone cams but still rarely do.

I think @Al Paca said it is a ‘chick’ thing, which I thought until reading this thread.
I’ve never named a vehicle.

I’ve been driving Honda CRVs since 2003, can’t say how many, I’ve lost count. Now I’ve a 2022 EX-L model. They’ve been reliable, decent mileage, room to haul the dogs in the way back, adequate interior space, and I love the electronics. Can’t get around here in the winter without, at a minimum, AWD. I do a lot of road tripping.

And I do think it’s a ‘chick’ car.

I've never named a car but my brother dubbed my '65, P10, hippy/ski van the Phootney Creach Land Yacht. He's never explained where the name came from. Those are ski posters glassed onto the plywood extension. Its long gone now but its been to most ski areas in the West. He calls me Zanzibar for some reason. He's kind of a free thinker.
