Would this individual be a voting Member? Taking the House to 436 Members?

You have to admit it would be beautiful to watch the former president rejected for the number three job in government. If you cannot be good enough for number three, how can you be good enough for number one?

IDK, I imagine it would have to be non-voting but would have to involve substantial pushing of legislation and a massive voice in government.

That's my supposition, as well. Just have never heard of how it would work.

Until recently, I'd never heard the Speaker doesn't have to be a Representative. I just assumed.

Wouldn't surprise me to find Rep. Norman and his elk want to install the defeated ex-President as Speaker, then impeach both President Biden and VP Harris, hoping it would succeed and he'd get the job, again.

Thank God there aren't 60 Trumpublican Senators.
