Actually, it was the day before. Combined effects of my local bay that enhances the SE’ly when it blows, and a boat that really shouldn’t be out on mooring buoy all winter...(an old Ranger 23).I'm guessing that photo was taken last night. Blew like hell here and probably harder where you are.
