I was under the impression that CTE can only be diagnosed during an autopsy. Given how Fetterman was treated, shouldn't GA voters (especially the GOP) demand to know if Herschel is afflicted before the run-off?
They should remove his brain and check it out. He should be able to have normal function until they reinstall it.
