“Hunter Biden in 2011 offered to “provide Alcoa with statistical analysis of political and corporate risks, elite networks associated with Oleg Deripaska (OD), Russian CEO of Basic Element company and United company RUSAL,” reveal documents on the laptop he abandoned at a MacBook repair shop in Delaware in April 2019. RUSAL is a Russian aluminum company”.

Hunter Biden pitched himself as expert in Russian oligarch targeted by FBI: Devine (nypost.com)

Raises an interesting question ... is there a connection between the statistical analysis Hunter was selling and the secret documents stored in the house where he lived.

Right right ... The Russians did it.
I don't know that the Russians did anything. In fact, I can't say how likely it is. I DO know that the chain of custody was totally fucked up, the FBI and other agencies did not act on it then and still have not, and even the people who somehow supposedly got access to it say while parts of it are legitimate many other parts are not legitimate and have been messed with. Which renders the whole damn thing highly speculative and questionable, and certainly not enough to accuse anyone of any crime.

But you keep promoting conspiracy theories, because Flynn was innocent and Biden is certainly guilty because of the D next to his name.

One does not need an intact chain of custody to verify that at least some of the data is legitimate. The status of the unverified data is, unverified. On the other hand, we now have Twitter files (thank you Elon) that expose the perpetrators, in government and the media, of the laptop as Russian disinformation hoax. I would think that at some point you would tire of being led around by the nose by the mind managers.

Horseshit. Nothing that does not have a verifiable chain of custody can be used as evidence. Just like your Twitter files, if it isn't proven, it's just useless conjecture.

Well at least you didn't sealion this time. But I can't say your gaslighting is any better.

So:

  1. You DO believe Elon because it supports your conspiracy.
  2. You DO believe data on a compromised hard drive with many obvious edits and no real chain of custody, because it supports your conspiracy.
  3. You DO believe information published by incredibly questionable sources, because it supports your conspiracy.
And:
  1. You don't believe the FBI because they don't support your conspiracy.
  2. You don't believe the executives who have said there was no coercion, because it doesn't support your conspiracy.
  3. You don't believe the emails where it was clear no one at these companies was forced to do anything, because it doesn't support your conspiracy.
  4. You don't believe Flynn was guilty despite him pleading guilty, because it doesn't support your conspiracy.
  5. You don't believe the Michigan Militia members were guilty, despite their conviction, because it doesn't support your conspiracy.

I could keep going. But the real end result here is that it is apparent, to anyone with half a brain, that you've decided to believe ANYTHING you can get your hands on that is negative about Democrats, and you'll believe anything that is positive about Republicans.

Bullshit ... I'm not tech whizz but I know that an email can be verified by checking with the recipient. No chain of custody required.

As I understand it, were this hard drive be submitted as evidence, it would be rejected because of the unreliability of the data. I base this on what I have read and heard from those with law experience.

You may disagree. Unless you have something that counts as credible evidence to what I've heard/read, it would simply be your opinion.

A chain of custody is required so that the hard drive cannot have been tampered with. An email can be sent by anyone with access to a unsecured laptop.

So:

  1. You DO believe Elon because it supports your conspiracy. No, because it fits, and we know they have done it before..
  2. You DO believe data on a compromised hard drive with many obvious edits and no real chain of custody, because it supports your conspiracy. The verified data yes.
  3. You DO believe information published by incredibly questionable sources, because it supports your conspiracy. Like the NYT, WAPO, CBS and CNN? It had to be true for those sources to confirm it.
And:
  1. You don't believe the FBI because they don't support your conspiracy. Because they have lied in the past.
  2. You don't believe the executives who have said there was no coercion, because it doesn't support your conspiracy. I paid attention when Jack Dorsey approved of Musk's actions.
  3. You don't believe the emails where it was clear no one at these companies was forced to do anything, because it doesn't support your conspiracy. I don't believe it was necessary to force them.
  4. You don't believe Flynn was guilty despite him pleading guilty, because it doesn't support your conspiracy.
  5. You don't believe the Michigan Militia members were guilty, despite their conviction, because it doesn't support your conspiracy. No, they were guilty but that does not mean the FBI wasn't a player.

I could keep going. But the real end result here is that it is apparent, to anyone with half a brain, that you've decided to believe ANYTHING you can get your hands on that is negative about Democrats, and you'll believe anything that is positive about Republicans.
What's apparent is that you were duped. And not for the first time.
