Brittany Higgins? It would be hard to find a new jury that hasn't been contaminated by the media now. Those jurors were told 17 times NOT to go looking for stuff, the Foreperson should have told the judge the minute those other documents were produced. Hard questions should be asked.

As I understand it can only be a Jury trial in the ACT and the verdict must be unanimous. All it needs is one fan of the Project to be on the jury and they won’t get a verdict.
Commonsense would be to rule on a permanent stay and then he could clear his name in a civil trial by suing someone who has defamed him, for instance a has-been washed out TV host and a failed rugby player with a rag on his head.
