Last time I looked, owners/directors are ultimately legally responsible for the actions of their corporations. No one should avoid subpoenas without penalty and no one should play the court system to manufacture delays, limit investigations and deflect attention. What a waste of taxpayer’s money and judicial time.

It is as if everyone is stalling, looking around and hoping to find an excuse not to arrest him. And Trump is relying on that.

Indite and jail the fucker now. So many crimes to choose from. Why not all of them at the same time, so people can be reminded of and fully appreciate the enormity of his criminal achievements?

I have no desire to emulate Peru. We are playing by our rules and must follow them. That means protecting the rights of the accused. We are doing that. If Trump croaks before he is charged…well… um…I am trying to think of the most delicate and respectful way to say this…
