So just to sum things up.

ETNZ are a major part of the planning for AC37 and all associated events, designing and helping build a fleet of AC40's, have built a first-of-its-kind foiling hydrogen-powered chase boat, built and broken the wind-powered land speed record, and have clocked up somewhere around 15 to 20 sailing days.

While INEOS has yet to go sailing. at all.

That team must be imploding.
Uh... Last i checked etnz is getting PAID for a whole shit ton to f that stuff - not just doing it with their AC team like you are implying.

So just to sum things up, Team ADD is wasting their time building a useless hydrogen boat that they only drag out on occasion, had to waste resources replacing the nose on the AC40, built a land racer, had to sell the hosting rights just to stay afloat, but finally got back on the water, are a good example of a happy team. You’ve gotta be shitting me. I’ll admit, Grant is doing a hell of a job even getting a boat out there. Who knows, they may even win.

Regarding Ineos, this is where FourIdiot would babble on about simulators.

The Irony... This entire comment is complete and utter rambling nonsensical bullshit from yet another know nothing, fake, so called "commentator" as Magnus Weatley likes to call you folk. You and the other clown JAL are nothing but internet trolls.
Still, the team keeps proving you idiots wrong time and time again, and you come back bitching, crying and moaning about a team of people who clearly have more to offer the sport than you could ever dream of having.
Keep crying like a little girl. We'll keep winning.

So is your “simulator “ argument that you’ve stuck to religiously right or wrong?

TBH i can't even remember... however if we're talking simulators, there's no doubt simulators were and are the most cost effective and efficient use of resource. AC35, 36 and 37 have proved that.

So you’re saying Ineos is in great shape?

First of all, You're assuming they have a simulator.
Also it depends on how good their simulator is (obvioulsy) Team NZ's simulator is obviously effective, INEOS's simulator not so much.
So obviously good simulators are effective. Bad simulators aren't.
Pretty simple really.
Fast boats win
Slow boats don't.
Good simulators are effective tools
Bad simulators are ineffective tools.
In general, yes, simulators are the most cost effective and efficient use of resource.
Its why the Aerospace industry uses them, and why the AC teams now use them.
Is Ineos in great shape? Who knows. History says no, Optimism says possibly.

complains about people making assumptions about TNZ..

proceeds to make numerous assumptions about INEOS
slow hand clap . Well done4/Steve
The difference is, I have something to base my assumption on. And its called history. The British Challenger has never been able to build a fast boat. Not once. Not under Lipton, not under Peter Harrison and not under Ben Ainslie. Every boat Ainslie has built and raced thus far has been a dog. Every campaign he's run has had management and decision making issues. And so far, nothing has transpired to convince anyone otherwise.

The fact is, Ainslies current challenge so far looks to be heading the same way as his last 2.

The only thing you have to base your assumptions on regarding Team NZ are debunked, stupid conspiracy theories you've made up in your stupid little mind.

You assumed they dont have a sim

you then make assumptions about it’s effectiveness

so contradicting yourself and then making assumptions about something current effectiveness based on no idea of the current capabilities of a sim you assumed they don’t have..

No I did not assume they don't have a sim.
What I said is their sim hasn't worked effectively to date.
That much is fact.
I have NEVER said INEOS don't have a sim.
Wrong again sunshine.

Exhibit A

your first line. You are assuming the contra position to monkey
you are assuming they don’t have a sim

then you go to speculation with how good it is.
the only FACT is that no one actually knows because no one on here has seen it’s lasted itereation

so sunshine you are guessing at best.

SMH. Where in that little "Exhibit" does it say anywhere that I said "INEOS does not have a sim"?
Wrong again sunshine.
