Do you mean test-proven influenza, the 24 hr runs, a nasty chest cold, or crushing aches and high fever with rigors, complicated by bacterial pneumonia, progressing to sepsis, and death? I've had all of those.

Managaed to get the flu yesterday does any one know any good home remedies?

Well...you could go see a doctor, feel better in about a week.

That or drink a shot of Scotch water every few hours, sleep a lot. Feel better in 7 days...
