I thought that the whole point of the IRC for years and years is that so much is tucked away that 'optimisation' is very difficult and largely frowned upon. So it's peculiar to see this seminar being hosted by the RORC of all clubs, being the entity that 'owns' the IRC rule.

I must say that I got a little bit confused by the video.
